Do you offer free trial periods?

Yes! We offer a free trial class in each of the disciplines we offer - This means you can try Taekwondo, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Mauy Thai, and Boxing all at no cost. We highly encourage you to take full advantage of this offer!

What attire do I need?

When trying out a class we ask that you wear something comfortable and modest, a T-shirt and athletic shorts or leggings is what we recommend. Upon signing up you will receive your Defenders shirts and any gear needed for the discipline chosen.

What ages do you teach?

Accepted Answer

Our Taekwondo, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing programs start at 4 years old. Our MMA program starts at 13 years old. However, we believe everyone is unique so remain open to accepting students on a case to case basis depending on their ability to focus in a class setting.

Do you have open mat sparring?

We do! Every Friday at 6:15pm is open mat sparring. This offer is free to members and requires a waiver and $5 drop in fee for all non-members.
